Be on the lookout for flash floods, especially for those living in low-lying areas, upstream, waterways, including reservoir overflows and overflowing riverbanks.

- Follow news and flood situations from relevant agencies and strictly follow recommendations.

- If you are in a risk area, prepare sandbags and arrange them along the embankment to prevent water from flowing into your home.

- Learn about evacuation routes and emergency plans for the area to prepare for a safe area.

- Prepare to move belongings to an upper floor or higher ground to avoid flooding.
